Here’s a game…
Because I’m bored,
So this is the aim,
Let’s see who’s the RHYME Lord!
Okay, just start off the rhyme with this:
How would I know?
Because I’m bored,
So this is the aim,
Let’s see who’s the RHYME Lord!
Okay, just start off the rhyme with this:
How would I know?
Was fun, though some said that it was a little boring. Then again, the guy who said it was my cousin who was sitting in the VIP Lounge. Apparently things weren’t as fun there. Me think it was great. ![]()
Okay, here’s what happened.
It started off with this video of Rudy and JJ, the hosts for the night, realising that they were extremely late for the event. They ran, and well, for a low-budget short film, it was hilarious. It won’t win any awards, but it should win laughs. However, it was a lot of anticipation, and some thought it could be better.
They were playing the tune “We will Rock you,” before they began, so I thought that the opening act was going to be Qings and Kueen’s We’re gonna rock you, but it wasn’t. It was Dragon Reds, I think. They weren’t too bad, but they were not my taste. There was a game after that, and TIARA WON! SHE WON A HANDPHONE! WOOHOO! *Throws a party*
I didn’t stay very long. We were hungry, the acts weren’t that interesting, but I did like the Jaclyn Victor act. Sound system was a bit screwy, so it affected her vocals a bit. However, I did like her rendition of Gemilang. YOU GO, GIRL!
Blog ya later! ![]()
I just read Jeff Ooi’s Blog, and he had a very interesting comment on how the Malaysian Monarchy/Royalty’s unofficial websites had been taken over by a porn site.
I can see how theroyal.net can be connected to porn.
Linkie is http://jeffooi.com
Visibility was still good, but I think that the alert, which in parts of the Klang Valley had been raised to unhealthy air, will be raised even higher. The good news is that there was a slight drizzle earlier, so hopefully it will clear up the air. However, I don’t think it will, judging by the amount of dust still floating in the air. ![]()
See ya! ![]()
I came across my old mythology notes that I had made one hot afternoon in the library. I remember the willies that crawled up my spine when I was reading the Egyptian Mythology section, and then I read the other notes I made.
It dawned on me that no matter what, it’s better to go for books on certain subjects than to rely on the Internet, because the amount of information found on the net can be so staggering that we lose sight of it all.
Oh well. Back to class I go.
And wondering what time will she be here. I want to go home and sleep.
I made this poem early in the morning my Grandfather died. Though I kept telling myself that he would pull through and that I should not be so morbid, I suppose God knew better and that in my heart, I knew that he would not make it through the day. I love you Papa.
Sounds of a machine beeping,
Short bursts of a wife weeping.
Children working yet pause for thought,
For a good father a good war fought.
Their children go on with their lives,
Accepting fact that he might die.
But children fear for their father,
Never again to hear his laughter.
Yet through the night he waited.
Through the night he lived.
A beloved son kept watch.
A loved wife waited.
Yet still the man waited.
To hear his children’s plea for forgiveness.
Now the harsh words are regretted.
The anger and annoyance in the last years.
But in the end his legacy prevailed.
A man safe and secure in the Lord.
For when the time comes, I pray,
Let me face death with the courage he had,
In living life to the fullest,
He embraced Death with the quiet confidence,
Of a man who has lived a good life,
And who knows that the Lord loves him.
Still he waited for his niece,
Still he waited for his children.
For two days he hung on,
As his children came to tell him.
We love you Granpa,
And we miss you.
But we know in the end,
God loves you even more,
So rest assured, and claim thy rewards,
For a better and caring man I knew not.
I love you Grandfather,
And I regret some of the things I may have said or done,
But I never regretted knowing you,
And I’m proud that your only legacy was:
Generousity, Kindness, Love, Faith and Grace.
For that’s the only legacy we can carry,
In life’s race.
In memory of Clarence, beloved father, husband, grandfather, relative and friend. Called home to the Lord and his Blackjack partner, my aunt Agnes.
We love you.
*Sniff!*
Now the bitching and the usual grind begins again. Mom is on my case for having a messy room and ‘forcing’ her to fold the clothes.

And looking for things to download. I now have a USB thumbdrive, so whatever I download, I shall send to it, and then go to the CDRW labs and burn it onto my CDRW. Yes, I know I should install that PCI I bought, but I’m too lazy!!!! :p
Another interesting fact is that the lab I’m in has computers connected to the Bursary system. Now all we need are the passwords. ![]()
